Baby Loves Disco is re-launching in Brighton and will be back and better than ever for this year's Brighton Fringe! We have an amazing new venue - the only Brighton venue to be listed in the Observer's Best Bars in Britain Guide, The Observer said it is 'As close to Miami as the UK gets'... So come and enjoy the retro grandeur of Above Audio's uber cool yet unpretentious ground floor cocktail bar, then rest your tired dancing feet among the palm trees on the legendary sun terrace. Is there a better way to spend Mayday Bank Holiday Monday afternoon? We will be running two 2 hour events in one day this year so choose a time to suit your own family, and because we will be running over more children's mealtimes, there will be sandwich platters for the kids alongside our usual spread of healthy snacks and drinks and it's all included in the entry price.
Buggyfit classes are an hour long, and usually involve a 3 – 5 mile route in total. Classes start with a moderate warm up walk, moving into a power walk or run to raise our heart rates. This is when we start to burn fat! Included in the sessions are tips and techniques on adopting and maintaining better posture and of course the chance to chat and make new friends.
