Buggyfit classes are an hour long, and usually involve a 3 – 5 mile route in total. Classes start with a moderate warm up walk, moving into a power walk or run to raise our heart rates. This is when we start to burn fat! Included in the sessions are tips and techniques on adopting and maintaining better posture and of course the chance to chat and make new friends. All Buggyfit classes have been developed by experts to suit the various stages we go through after having a baby. http://www.buggyfit.co.uk/trainer.php?id=168&lid=356
Charlie Barley offers a diverse range of products for 0 to 8 year olds that are unusual, fun and have that wow factor. They know their customers want to buy something that is a little bit different and stylish, but don't want to pay the earth for it. So, as well as stocking known brands, they actively look for interesting and different brands from around the world and their product range is constantly evolving. With deliveries every 2-3 weeks, which is unusual, there is always something new in. They also focus on selling a wide selection of clothing for boys – as mums and dads know, shopping for boys is hard. http://www.charliebarley.co.uk/
